DiffMergy is a free, browser-based developer toolkit that provides code comparison, diff, merge, security scanning, code review, and various developer utility tools. All core functionality executes entirely within your web browser — no source code is transmitted to external servers.

DiffMergy is available to anyone with a modern web browser. By using our service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms and that your use will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use DiffMergy only for lawful purposes. You shall not:
- Use the service to process code that you do not have the legal right to access
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the service infrastructure

Your IP: You retain full ownership of all code, data, and content you enter into DiffMergy. We claim no rights over your work product.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
DiffMergy is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
- The diff analysis results are 100% accurate for all edge cases
- Security scan results cover all possible vulnerabilities
- The service is suitable for any particular purpose
Users should always verify diff results and security findings independently before making production decisions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DiffMergy and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us for the service — which is zero, since DiffMergy is free.
